The down-home music vocalist was accounted for missing in Tucson, Arizona, last month, and he was tracked down dead at 32 years old, days after he disappeared.

The Tucson Police Division said at that point: "He was tracked down in the 5500 block of E. Award Street in Midtown Tucson. The examination is continuous right now."

Yet, presently, the post-mortem report - which has been seen by The US Sun - has affirmed that he passed on from an unplanned excess of fentanyl, a strong engineered narcotic that is like morphine.

The report peruses: "This at a first unidentified, 32-year-elderly person was supposedly found lethargic by a bystander in a concealed region of a stopping structure.

"I can clearly recall whenever I first met Luke at Opening in the Wall quite a long time back, down to whatever he might be wearing.

"The man (and his music) had an impression. He was a genuine article voyaging singer out there on that lost expressway. Help yourself out and put on some Luke Chime tunes this evening in his memory. Find happiness in the hereafter, companion.
